Music can transform people's lives. For many, it provides emotional release, motivation, connection with others, and much more.
Music Supports: Teens is a weekly in-person group led by a music therapist and designed to support teenagers' mental health. Registered teens will have opportunities to explore instruments, share and discuss music, build stress management skills, and develop connections with peers in a supportive, accepting environment.
